The Company was today informed that as part of the placing of new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') announced on 27 July 2009, Tony Brett acquired 6,000,000 new Ordinary Shares. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Brett is now beneficially interested in 10,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.01% of the Company's total issued share capital.
