Further to the announcement of 30 July 2009, Engel East Europe N.V. ('Engel' or 'the Company') the AIM-listed Central and Eastern European property developer (EEE:L), announces that the resolution to appoint Mr. Micha Shkedi to the Board as a non executive Director of Engel, considered by shareholders at the EGM held today, was duly passed.
