Director Change

The Company announces that Jonathan Wright has today resigned as Chief Executive of the Company and will leave the board with immediate effect.  Mr Wright has agreed to continue in his role in the operational management of the Group's interim management company BIE on a temporary basis during the holiday period and will leave the Company to pursue other opportunities on 31 August 2009.

Rob Walker, Non Executive Chairman will become Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Commenting on the board changes, Rob Walker Executive Chairman said:

'Since jointly founding the Company Jonathan has been the driving force in creating the Hexagon group of companies and developing the Group's market leading interim management operation.  The board changes reflect the decision to refocus strategy on day to day operational management and away from the buy and build growth model adopted at IPO in more benign market conditions.  I wish to thank Jonathan for his contribution to the business and wish him well for the future.  I look forward to working more closely with Hexagon's senior consultants to deliver value for shareholders drawing upon my industry experience gained whilst running Walker Hamill and Imprint Search and Selection plc'
