Gable received notification on 13 August 2009 that, as a result of the purchase of 1,450,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ('Shares') at 9.125 pence per Share on 12 August 2009, Helium Special Situations Fund is now interested in 25,065,000 Shares, representing 22.33 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
