NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of NetPlay TV plc, held today at 1000hrs, all resolutions set out in the Notice of EGM posted to shareholders dated 22 July 2009 were passed by the Company's shareholders.
