Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 13 August 2009 that on that day Mr Jonathan Wright, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 119,311 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 22.5 pence per share to a SIPP administered by Suffolk Life and belonging to Jonathan Wright.

As a result of this transaction, Jonathan Wright's disclosable interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,190,409 Ordinary Shares representing 9.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
