Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that following the exercise of options, Dr Dan Kaznelson, Non Executive Director of BATM, has today sold 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 41.5 pence per share.

Following this share disposal, Dr Kaznelson has a beneficial holding of 112,300 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share capital. In addition, Dr Kaznelson holds options over 200,000 ordinary shares.
