                            Change of trading name                             

The Company announces that on 17 August 2009 the trading name of Adili.com will
be changed to "Ascension" and the business will trade online at 
www.ascensiononline.com. The change in brand name has been undertaken to
position the business as a mainstream fashion player and reflects the growing
proportion of sales made by the Company under the "Ascension" brand name.

Adam Smith, CEO, commented:

"We found that people struggled with the name Adili - in terms of pronunciation
and in associating the term with ethnic fashion. We are thrilled to announce
our re-brand to Ascension. We see this as a huge opportunity to position
ourselves as a serious fashion brand for the future."
