The board of Max Property Group Plc ('MPG') has been informed by the Receivers of Industrious Group that they have not yet been able to satisfy the conditions to completion of the sale referred to in MPG's announcement of 5th August 2009.

MPG is seeking clarification from the Receivers and will provide a further update as soon as possible.
