The Company received notification that Koert van Wissen, Chief Executive
Officer of the Company, acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 11
August 2009 at a price of 2p per share. As a result of this purchase, Mr van
Wissen has an interest in 2,217,500 ordinary shares in the Company representing
approximately 0.73 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
