Pursuant with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, SDL Plc (the 'Company') announces that Mr Christopher Batterham, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has informed the Board that he has been appointed a Non-executive Director of the AIM-listed company, Eckoh plc. Following a suitable handover period, it is intended that Mr Christopher Batterham will take up the position of Non-executive Chairman of the Eckoh Group.
