The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Accordingly, following shareholder approval, the Company will shortly change its name to Yinggao Holdings plc. A further announcement as to when the name change will be effective will be made in due course.
