The Tender Price stated in the Company's Tender Offer Update announcement released on 29th July 2009 at 16.19 under RNS No 5150W is amended due to an administrative error.

The Tender Price previously stated as 90.6 pence per validly tendered share has been recalculated and is restated as 90.1 pence per validly tendered share.

All other terms of the Tender Offer remain unchanged.
