Appointment of CFO
Amiad, a producer and global supplier of automatic water filters and filtration systems for the industrial, municipal and irrigation markets, announces that Ms. Rivka Kalmanzon has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. At present Ms. Kalmanzon will not be appointed to the Board.
Ms. Kalmanzon takes over from Ms. Tamar Sela who was working as interim CFO whilst the Company searched for a permanent replacement.
Ms. Kalmanzon has senior management experience in one of the “big 5” CPA firms in Israel, handling a broad spectrum of financial activities. Prior to joining Amiad she served as CFO of several hi-tech, bio-tech and manufacturing companies in Israel and abroad, all of which have several overseas operations.
Ms. Kalmanzon has extensive experience in accounting & finance and previously held positions such as Director of Finance & Operations at Camtek Ltd (NASDAQ: CMTK); CFO and interim COO of ACS Ltd a company funded by Elron (TASE, NASDAQ: ELRN), a leading technology holding company; group CFO of Arazim Integrated technologies as well as Corporate Controller of Medgenics Inc, (AIM: MEDG, MEDU).
Ms. Kalmanzon has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Information Systems and Economics & Finance from Queens University, New York.
