Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed by Mr. Timothy Noble, Chairman of Palmaris, that on 31 July 2009 Darnaway Venture Capital plc, a company controlled by Mr. Noble, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares') at a price of 4.375 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Noble's interest in the Company comprises 2,017,000 Shares, representing 1.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
