Partnership with Technogym
Gladstone Health & Leisure, the market leading supplier of enterprise member relationship management software solutions for the health and leisure market, is pleased to announce that it has become a certified partner with Technogym UK Limited ('Technogym'), The Wellness Company, a global market leader in the design and provision of fitness equipment.
The partnership between Gladstone and Technogym has been agreed to provide clients with a more complete solution for raising customer service standards, increasing member retention and providing a material difference to the profitability of many health & fitness facilities. The integrated solution allows for the transfer of key data between Gladstone's flagship Plus2 membership solution and Technogym's Wellness System and Contact Manager solution on the gym floor.
Technogym's Wellness solution, in addition to allowing gym users to reach their fitness goals, also enables gym facility owners to better understand their members' habits and activity plans. This, combined with access control and attendance data gained from Gladstone's Plus2 membership management solution, enables gym facilities to map out visits from those members who are not using the gym facilities at a given time, but are still on-site for instance using the swimming pool or other facilities. An enhanced solution, integrating these systems, will ensure a fuller picture of members' activities is provided to improve management of the facilities.
Taking a holistic view of members' requirements ensures that gym managers and owners can offer a more personalised service and easily identify those members who are at risk of attrition. Taking proactive and targeted actions to engage with club members offers a superior level of customer service to match each member's unique needs, and in doing so facility managers can materially enhance customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
