Results of EGM

De-Listing, Equal Access Buy-Back and Streamlining of Operations


Norwood Immunology Limited ('Norwood Immunology' or 'the Group') (AIM:NIM), the Group with technologies in the fields of the rejuvenation of the immune system and stem cell therapies, today announces the results of its EGM, held on 31 July 2009.

All the resolutions proposed at the EGM were unanimously approved by those shareholders casting a vote and, accordingly have been adopted.

The company received acceptances for its Equal Access Buy-Back Scheme for 42,115,879, an amount within the Buy-Back Limit (as defined in the Notice of EGM) and accordingly the Company will be proceeding to purchase and then cancel these shares.

The Board will also be implementing the streamlining proposals set out in the EGM including the   cancellation of the Company's admission to AIM to take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 10 August 2009 (following the passing of the resolution to de-list with 100% of votes cast in favour).
