Amendment to Terms of Loan Note Instrument

Further to announcements made on 11 March 2009, 1 July 2009 and 14 July 2009, the Company announces that the requirement under a convertible loan note dated 10 March 2009, for the Company, prior to 31 July 2009, to send a notice to shareholders convening a general meeting, has been extended to 30 September 2009. The extension has been agreed between Firebird Global Master Fund II, Limited, the holder of the loan notes, and the Company.
