RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

GPNL today announces the resignation of Non Executive Director Mr. Clive Palmer with immediate effect.

Mr. Palmer in conjunction with his wholly owned subsidiaries continues to control 48.7% of the Company's ordinary shares. Mr Palmer will continue to support the Company as its major shareholder and through his extensive networks in China.
