Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that its total issued share capital consists of 88,006,334 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, all with voting rights and trading under the ISIN GB0009709980. No shares are held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 88,006,334. 

The above figure (88,006,334 securities) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
