Trading Update and Orbis Agreement.

Probability plc, the AIM quoted mobile phone gambling specialist, is pleased to announce its un-audited key performance indicators ('KPIs') for the first quarter of its financial year, from 1st April to 30th June 2009, and to announce the conclusion of a partnership Agreement with Orbis Technology Ltd., a leading provider of interactive gaming and betting solutions.

Trading Update (to 30th June 2009)

• Net Gaming Revenues of £1,250,525 (previous quarter: £1,126,543).
• 67,650 new customer registrations (previous quarter: 49,506).

Trading continued to improve during this first quarter of the financial year. Net gaming revenues grew by approximately 11% quarter on quarter, supported by strong new player recruitment and improved spend per player. 

The trend to increased volume in recruitment and yield from customers is expected to continue into the summer months, supported by planned major game launches, including 'Battleship' and 'The X Factor' slots games.

Agreement with Orbis Technology Ltd.

Probability and Orbis have concluded an agreement which means that, from today, all Orbis OpenBet and OpenBet Fixed Odds Games customers will be able to seamlessly deploy the complete mobile gaming, slots, poker and Bingo solution offered by Probability. 

Probability has successfully developed software that allows its entire offering of over more than thirty mobile games to be made available to Orbis customers, which include many of the biggest names in on-line betting and gaming, including SkyBet, PaddyPower and Ladbrokes.

In addition, Probability is in discussions with other content providers to the Orbis platform to make mobile versions of popular on-line Fixed Odds Games. This would allow Orbis customers to offer the same games on-line and on mobile to their players, from the same wallet and back-office platform.
