Result of AGM & Directorate Change

London Town is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of the Company held today, all of the resolutions were duly passed with the exception of Resolution 2 relating to the re-election of Kailayapillai Ranjan which was not put to the meeting since Kailayapillai Ranjan resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from the start of the annual general meeting on 30 July 2009.
