Dividend Declaration

The Company today announces a monthly dividend payment in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2009, of 0.5 pence per share as detailed in the schedule below:

Ex-Dividend Date          -    5 August 2009

Record Date                 -    7 August 2009

Pay Date                       -    28 August 2009 

The Company will pay the dividend to all shareholders on its shareholder register on the Record Date.  

New FCPT Limited, which has made a share for share exchange offer for all the issued share capital of the Company, will pay an equivalent dividend of 0.5 pence per share to all shareholders on its shareholder register on the same Record Date of 7 August 2009 (with the same Pay Date of 28 August 2009). Therefore shareholders in the Company and in New FCPT Limited will receive a dividend of the same amount per share, paid on the same basis, and the aggregate dividend received by shareholders will not be affected by whether they hold shares in the Company or New FCPT Limited on the Record Date.
