Statement re MW Tops Changes in Allocation





                   MW TOPS LIMITED (the "Company")

                Re-allocation of the Company's Assets

Shareholders are advised  that with  effect from 1  August 2009,  the
Company's  assets  that  are   currently  invested  in  Sub-Trust   A
(Opportunistic) and  Sub-Trust  B  (Fundamental)  will  be  allocated
instead to Sub-Trust European TOPS of Marshall Wace TOPS Trust.

The investment objective,  policy and process  of Sub-Trust  European
TOPS is a blend  of that of each  of Sub-Trust A (Opportunistic)  and
Sub-Trust B (Fundamental).

Following this change, the assets of the Company will be allocated in
the following approximate proportions  to the relevant sub-trusts  of
Marshall Wace TOPS Trust:

* With effect from 1 August  2009, the name of Sub-Trust H  (Balanced
Europe) will be changed to Sub-Trust H (Balanced).
