Education Development International plc ('EDI' or 'the Company') has been notified, today 30 July 2009, that Mr Wynford Dore disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 July 2009. Following this disposal Mr Dore now has an interest in 4,000,300 shares in the Company, representing approximately 6.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
