Board Changes

The Board of Invu Plc ('Invu' or the 'Company') announces that Thomas Maxfield, a non-executive director of the Company, will resign as a director of the Company at the conclusion of the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 26 August 2009 ('AGM'). 

The Board also announces that Mark Wells has agreed to join the Board as a non-executive director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM. Mark Benjamin Wells, aged 53, is a currently a non-executive director of Kofax Plc, non-executive Chairman of TruthTek Limited, Chairman of Cortexplus Limited and non-executive Deputy Chairman of Process Systems Enterprises Limited. He was most recently non-executive Deputy Chairman of Coda Plc until its sale in April 2008 to Unit 4 Agresso NV for £160 million, and a non-executive director of Coda's predecessor company, Codascisys plc, non-executive Chairman of Flexnlock Limited and previously Chairman and Chief Executive of Image Metrics Plc. There is no further information to be disclosed regarding Mark Wells pursuant to Rule 17 and schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules

In addition, the search for a replacement finance director is now at an advanced stage and the Company will update the market in due course.
