ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ('AGM')

The Board of Managed Support Services plc ('MSS') confirms that all the Resolutions were passed unanimously at today's AGM.

The Chairman also made the following statement:

'Current trading continues to be in line with the statement made in the recently published Report & Accounts.

The Board continues to evaluate and negotiate a number of potential transactions.'
