Grant of Options

The Company announces that Tony Barnes, Chief Executive Officer, was granted 400,000 share options at an exercise price of 26 pence on 24 July 2009. These are capable of being exercised during the period commencing on the 19 August 2010 and expiring on 18 August 2020.

As a result, he is now interested in 400,000 share options over ordinary shares.
