DDD GROUP PLC (the 'Company' or 'DDD')

AIM ADMISSION

Further to the placing announcements released on Thursday 9th July 2009 and Thursday July 16th 2009, the Company confirms that the 2,785,006 ordinary shares of 1p each have been admitted to trading on AIM and dealings commenced on 27 July 2009.

Following the admission of the shares, the Company's existing issued share capital will increase by 2.58% from 108,073,166 ordinary shares to 110,858,172 ordinary shares. In accordance with the requirements of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, DDD's issued share capital as at 27th July 2009 consists of 110,858,172 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each, with voting rights. DDD does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury; therefore the total number of voting rights in DDD is 110,858,172. 110,858,172 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, DDD under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
