Copies of each of the following documents have today been posted to shareholders:-
1. the Annual Report & Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 28 March 2009;
2. the Circular to shareholders of the Company, including notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company
('AGM Circular'); and
3. the form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting.
