Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons

In accordance with DR 3.1.4R (1) (a), the Company announces that on 22 July
2009 Tom Crawford disposed of 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 0.12% of the issued class at 72.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Tom Crawford holds 164,925 Ordinary Shares in the
Company representing 0.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
