Finance director resignation

The Board announces that the Finance Director, John Dickson, has decided to leave the Company in order to pursue other interests. The Board and Mr Dickson understand the importance of an orderly transition and to achieve this John has agreed to remain with the Company until a replacement has been appointed or the end of the financial year, whichever is sooner.  

The Board would like to thank John for his dedication and hard work over what has been one of the most difficult periods in recent economic history. His contribution and enthusiasm over this period has been valued by the Board and the Executive team who wish John well for his future endeavours.
