Lombard Risk, the second largest global provider of specialised software solutions that improves the management of collateralised trading and regulatory compliance, announces a change to its Board. 

Michael Thomas will be leaving the Board of the Company and of its UK subsidiary Lombard Risk Compliance Limited with immediate effect, and will be reducing his role to a part time role by mutual agreement. He will continue to serve on the Boards of the Asian subsidiaries of the Company.

John Wisbey, Chairman and CEO of Lombard Risk commented: 

'Michael was CEO of Lombard Risk Compliance Ltd (formerly STB Systems Ltd) before we bought it, and played an immense role in building that company up since its foundation in 1985 and building the business in Asia. We are delighted that he remains involved with the Company in Asia, and that we will be able to continue to benefit from his wealth of experience in the regulatory compliance area. We also wish him the best of luck in his other non-competing business venture'.
