Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 22 July 2009 that on that day David Miller, a Non-executive director of the Company, transferred 73,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 85p into his SIPP. 

As a result of this transaction, David Miller and his connected parties have an unchanged notifiable interest in the Company of 269,750 Ordinary Shares representing 1.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
