London Town was informed on 22 July 2009 by Schweco Nominees Ltd ('Schweco'), that as at 21 July 2009, Schweco disposed of 3,714,111 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and as a result was no longer interested in any Ordinary Shares. Incorporated Holdings Limited was the beneficial owner of the Ordinary Shares previously held by Schweco.
