Cancellation of employee share options

eServGlobal Limited (LSE:ESG) announces that on 22 July 2009 it cancelled 378,005 share options issued under the Employee Share Option Plan.

Expired options vested but not exercised: 144,668 options

Employment terminated unvested options: 233,337 options

Total: 378,005 options

The issued capital is now 196,847,706 ordinary shares, and the number of ESOP options (not listed) is now 3,358,805.
