Final Day of Trading

On 1 June 2009 PGI Group Plc (the 'Company') posted a circular to its shareholders outlining proposals to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Cancellation'). The Cancellation will become effective on Wednesday 22 July 2009 and, accordingly, trading in the ordinary shares of the Company will cease with effect from the close of business today.

From 22 July 2009, investors will be able to receive news and information about the Company from its website www.pgi-uk.com.
