The Company has been informed that on 16 July 2009, Zhengling Gloria He, a director of the Company, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of $0.01 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Share') at a price of 6.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Miss He has a total beneficial and non-beneficial holding of 265,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.58 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
