Resignation of Director

Minera IRL Limited ('Minera' or the 'Company') announces that Mr Terry Streeter has tendered, and the board has accepted, his resignation as a Director of the Company, with immediate effect.  

Executive Chairman Courtney Chamberlain, stated 'We will miss the valuable input Terry has provided during more than 4 years on our Board of Directors. Terry became a Director in 2005 when he made a substantial private equity investment in the Company. His financial support and guidance was fundamental in establishing the Company.  On behalf of the Board and all shareholders, I would like to thank Terry for his valuable contribution during the building period in which Minera evolved as a gold producer with a wide portfolio of interests in South America.'

Mr Streeter's resignation from the Minera Board will allow him additional time to concentrate on his other extensive business interests.
