Max Property Group Plc is a newly-formed Jersey incorporated closed-ended real estate investment Company, with an experienced Board, chaired by Aubrey Adams, and externally managed by Prestbury Investments, which is owned and managed by a team led by Nick Leslau and Mike Brown.

The Board of Max Property Group Plc announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Receiver of the Industrious group of companies to acquire its remaining 79 assets. The total rental income is approximately £30m p.a.

Due diligence is already well advanced and it is anticipated that a further announcement will be made within approximately the next two weeks.
