Cpl Resources plc today announced that it has acquired the business and assets of Loss Control Services Limited (trading as 'Nifast') and Ecom Interaction Services Limited from David Carson, Deloitte, Receiver.

Nifast is one of Ireland's leading health, safety and risk management specialists. Through its training and consulting services, the company offers a range of solutions to help clients improve business results through the introduction of integrated strategies for the health, safety and wellbeing of their employees.

Ecom Interaction Services Limited specializes in the provision of customer care services, outsourced insurance administration and back-office services.

These acquisitions will help secure the positions of employees of both businesses and will extend the collective capabilities of the Cpl Group and the newly acquired businesses to deliver exceptional quality service to our valued customers.
