1,100,000 of the above options will become exercisable should the Hydrodec price (adjusted for any subsequent equity issues) reach 30p. The remaining 1,100,000 options will become exercisable should the Hydrodec price (adjusted for any subsequent equity issues) reach 45p. 

These options were granted under the Company's Share Option Scheme.  

Gill Leates and Neil Gaskell have agreed not to sell any shares arising as a result of exercise of options for the period of their appointment as a Director of the Company, subject to certain exemptions.
