HEADLINE: Retirement of Director

The Board announces that James D'Albiac retired from the Board at the
conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 8 July 2009. The
Board thanks Mr D'Albiac for the great contribution he has made during his 13
years of service as a Director. His presence will be much missed and his
colleagues wish him the very best for the future.
