Eurasia has today received the following notification of change in interest in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:

Following the issue of new equity, announced earlier today, HSBC GS Nominees Limited, as nominee for City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc has an indirect interest in, and City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc has a direct interest in 20,806,462 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company representing 7% of the total number of shares in issue and 7% of the total voting rights in the Company.
