ANNUAL DIVIDEND

Further to the announcement on 22 June 2009 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2009 ('Final Results'), ILX confirms that its Board has resolved to proceed with offering a scrip dividend alternative to shareholders, subject to obtaining shareholders' approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, due to be held on 25 September 2009, and that the dates for the proposed dividend have been amended as follows.

Ex-dividend date	12 August 2009
Record date	14 August 2009
Latest date for return of Forms of election	23 September 2009
Payment date	30 October 2009
