Supercart plc (the 'Company')

Result of General Meeting

The Board is pleased to announce that all resolutions to approve the Placing and Subscription to raise £1.5 million were duly passed at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today.

The net proceeds of the Placing and Subscription, totalling approximately £1.4 million, will be used to increase the working capital facilities of the Company following the acquisition of the US assets by the Company and the Board believes that the proceeds will provide Supercart with the necessary working capital headroom to exploit the lucrative North American market.
