APPOINTMENT OF RICHARD KELLMAN

Mr. Richard Kellman has been elected by the Shareholders of Sagicor Financial Corporation to serve as a Director of the Company. Mr. Kellman is a financial services expert and an Actuary by profession, with wide knowledge regionally in the areas of finance, pensions, insurance and investments.

Mr. Kellman has business experience at board level, and is a former CEO of a quoted diversified regional financial services Group with interests in insurance, banking and real estate. He has also held senior actuarial positions and is currently Executive Officer of the Caribbean Court of Justice Trust Fund.

Mr. Kellman will bring to the Board considerable expertise in the areas of finance, pensions, insurance, investments and actuarial concepts. The Board, Shareholders, Staff and Advisors extend a warm welcome to Mr. Kellman as he joins the Sagicor Family.
