BGLOBAL ACCELERATES SMART METER INSTALLS FOR NPOWER

Bglobal plc (AIM:BGBL) the market-leading provider of smart metering services to the UK energy market is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with npower to accelerate the introduction of smart meters for their business customers.

During the year to date, Bglobal has installed several thousand smart meters for npower's large corporate energy customers. The early phase of the installation programme has been successful and npower now plans to increase the rate of roll out, combining smart metering with a range of innovative energy services.
