Grant of options

Prologic, the business solutions provider for fashion and lifestyle retailers and distributors, announces the grant of share options to Colin Wells, non-executive Chairman, over a total of 75,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each. These options are exercisable at any time between 9 July 2011 and 9 July 2019, being a period of between two years and ten years from the date of grant at a price of 42.5p per share. 

Following this grant, Colin Wells is interested in 100,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.0 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and options over 150,000 ordinary shares.
