Purchase of Shares
The Company has been notified by the trustees of the employee trust for New Perspective, the Company's asset manager, that on 9 July 2009 they purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') for New Perspective Employee Trust ('NP Employee Trust') at a price of 54 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, the NP Employee Trust holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
